I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with a Person centre and trauma informed approached.
CBT is a structured, goal-focused talking therapy that helps to find and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. It looks at how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected.
What we think affects how we feel and act, what we do influences our emotions. If you are stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours. CBT can help to break that cycle by changing one or more of these areas.
I have 15 years of experience on trauma, gender base violence and domestic abuse. I also have a experience and knowledge on intersectionality issues.
